National Cancer Alliance ('we', 'us', 'our') is a care-coordination service that connects patients with accredited oncology hospitals and licensed physicians. We are not a medical provider and do not practice medicine.

- Health information: diagnosis, medical records, imaging, and reports you voluntarily share when requesting a second opinion or treatment coordination.

- To coordinate your second opinion request and share relevant records with vetted partner physicians.
- To contact you about your inquiry, treatment options, quotes, and follow-up.

We share your health records only with partner hospitals and physicians you have agreed to be evaluated by. We do not sell your personal or health information to third parties. Ever.

We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. Access to your records is limited to authorized coordinators and the partner medical team assigned to your case.
6. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, restrict processing, or withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us at care@nationalcanceralliance.org.
7. International Transfers
To provide our service, your records may be transferred to partner hospitals outside your country of residence (including Türkiye). We use contractual safeguards to protect your data during these transfers.
8. Data Retention
We retain your records for as long as needed to coordinate your care and to meet legal obligations, then securely delete or anonymize them.
9. Children
We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent.
