Will treatment abroad be as good as care at home?
Our partner hospitals hold internationally recognized accreditations (JCI, ISO 9001) and use the same technology and protocols as leading U.S. centers. You will see the hospital, the oncologist, and their credentials before you decide anything.
How quickly can I start treatment?
A second-opinion review usually comes back within 3–5 business days. Once you approve a plan, most patients begin treatment within one to three weeks, depending on destination and case complexity.
Do I need to speak Turkish?
No. Every patient is assigned an English-speaking coordinator and a medical interpreter for every appointment. All records are translated for the treating team.
Cost & Pricing
How much can I really save?
It depends on the treatment and destination, but many patients save 50–70% compared to U.S. list prices, without compromising quality. You always receive one clear, all-inclusive quote before committing.
What is included in the price?
Your quote is all-inclusive: treatment, hospital stay, doctor fees, airport transfers, accommodation for you and one companion, and a dedicated interpreter. Your coordinator explains every line item.
Are there hidden fees?
No. Additional costs only arise if the treating physician recommends unforeseen tests or a scope change during evaluation; you are informed in writing before anything is added.
Do you accept U.S. health insurance?
Most U.S. plans do not cover international care directly. However, some plans reimburse a portion afterwards. We can provide itemized invoices and medical documentation to help you file for reimbursement.
Doctors & Hospitals
How do you choose which hospitals to work with?
We personally review every partner hospital's accreditation (JCI is a minimum), oncology outcomes, technology, and physician credentials. If a hospital does not meet our standards, they are not in our network.
Can I choose my own doctor?
Yes. Our coordinators propose a shortlist of oncologists matched to your case. You review each doctor's CV and can request a video consultation before choosing.
Do your doctors speak English?
Yes. Every physician in our network conducts consultations in English, and a medical interpreter attends all appointments to remove any ambiguity.
Travel & Logistics
Do you handle visas and flights?
Yes. Your coordinator prepares invitation letters for your visa application, books your flights, and arranges private airport transfers. Most patients from the U.S. travel visa-free to Türkiye for stays under 90 days.
Can a family member travel with me?
Absolutely. Accommodation for one companion is included in every package. Additional family members can be accommodated at cost.
Where will I stay?
Depending on the destination and your preference: hospital patient hotel, on-site VIP suite, or a nearby partner 4/5-star hotel. All options are pre-vetted for comfort and proximity to the hospital.
Follow-up & Aftercare
What happens with follow-up after I return home?
Before you fly home you receive a complete medical report and a follow-up schedule. Your care team stays reachable and coordinates telemedicine check-ins and any local aftercare needed.
What if something goes wrong at home?
You have direct WhatsApp access to your coordinator, 24/7. If a complication arises, we connect you with the treating physician immediately and help coordinate with a local provider.
Privacy & Records
How do you protect my medical records?
Records are transmitted and stored using industry-standard encryption (TLS 1.2+ in transit, AES-256 at rest). Only your assigned coordinator and the partner medical team have access.
Do you share my information with third parties?
We share your health records only with the partner hospital and physicians you have agreed to be evaluated by. We never sell your personal or health data.
